Fitness Boxing / Kickboxing

Come along to our new daytime class called Fitness Boxing / Kickboxing  scheduled on the timetable week commencing MONDAY 2 JULY, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 to 1 pm.

This class is great for Beginners to Intermediate; everyone is welcome.  You can pop over for a great workout during your lunch break, feeling re-energised and more focussed for the afternoon ahead!
