If your goal is to improve your general fitness, stamina and endurance, we have a range of cardio equipment, including skipping ropes and heavy-duty ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, bulgarian bags, tyres.
If your goal is to build muscle, our large range of free weights equipment will help you to increase muscle mass.
We also have a range of water bags and free-standing punchbags for boxing, strength and conditioning.
Our gym facilities are open 6 days per week during normal opening hours to all our members.
