What is K-1 Kickboxing?

The letter K of K-1 is taken from the initials of the stand-up fighting sports, such as karate, kickboxing,  kung-fu, kyokushin, kempo and the japanese term for “combat sports”.

K-1 is a combat sport that combines stand up techniques from western boxing, muay thai / thai boxing, kickboxing, karate, taekwondo, savate, san shou and mixed martial arts / MMA striking techniques.

K-1 Kickboxing consists of all strikes, kicks, knees  and punches to the whole body.

It was designed to establish the best stand-up fighter in the world!

K-1 is the most effective form of self-defence and produces amazing fitness results like no other sport on the planet!

Even the Greatest was once a Beginner.

Don't be afraid to take the first step!
